Filip Zalewski

Filip Zalewski is the Chief Technology Officer at Common Wealth. He is an experienced software engineer and engineering leader with over 15 years of industry experience. Most recently, he was the Head of Engineering at Hubdoc, a leading document automation tool that processes millions of financial documents per month. He played a key role in integrating Hubdoc following its acquisition by Xero, before taking a more focused role leading Hubdoc’s platform and business intelligence teams. He also worked closely with Xero’s compliance teams to help Hubdoc achieve ISO 27001 and SOC2 certification.

Previously, Filip was the lead engineer at EmployTouch, where he helped bring the TouchBase product to market. Following a successful acquisition by Ultimate Software, he worked with Ultimate Software’s product and operations teams to integrate TouchBase into their workforce management product suite.
