As the former President and CEO of the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP), Jim is widely recognized for pioneering HOOPP’s Liability Driven Investment strategy and for advancing thought leadership in retirement income design and plan governance. He currently serves on the Boards of AIMCo and TransCanada Capital, contributing his expertise to some of Canada’s leading asset management and pension organizations.
