We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving our digital communication strategies and enhancing our online presence. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to elevate our digital marketing initiatives and drive revenue for the business.

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Common Wealth, you will report to the Head of Marketing and focus on driving awareness, engagement, and conversion through multi-channel digital campaigns. Your responsibilities include planning, executing, and analyzing marketing initiatives – such as social media, web, SEO/SEM, and email campaign – to engage our core stakeholders and expand our customer base in the financial services market.

We seek a self-starter with a proven track record in digital marketing strategy, a blend of creativity and analytical skills, and the ability to execute across various channels. Attention to detail, a drive to excel, and quick adoption of new trends and solutions are essential.

Experience in financial services is a plus!


    • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, prepare, launch, analyze, and optimize digital marketing initiatives to grow our customer base.
    • Content Development: Create and optimize messaging and content for various digital platforms to attract and convert our target audience.
    • SEO/SEM: Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
    • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting key customers.
    • Social Media Management: Maintain and enhance our social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn (primary), Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Vimeo.
    • Performance Analysis: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and optimize for better performance.
    • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with internal teams to create assets and content that align with marketing strategies.
    • Event and Webinar Support: Assist with organizing and promoting events and webinars.


  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO/SEM, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), graphic editing tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva), and website management (e.g., WordPress).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret digital marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity: A sense of aesthetics and a passion for creating compelling copy and visual content.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a small, close-knit team.
